Sample Management:

• Managed all samples for the Calia athletic apparel line from first design to final photoshoot samples.

• Coordinated with Design & Product Development teams to place first round color run samples, second round samples for milestone meetings, third round final line samples for Merchant teams, & final photoshoot samples.

• Organized all physical samples; check in from mail, hanging by season, getting design approval, passing to marketing/Carrie Underwood’s team for approval

• Helped choose seasonal “Carrie Looks” for marketing purposes & communicated with Vendors to get them here in time for the shoot

• Assisted in styling photoshoots to ensure the product is shown correctly on all platforms.

• Kept the sample closet organized by season/style, moved past seasons to archive

• Coordinated with Merchant & PR teams to ensure all of their sample orders were placed & communicated with vendors.

• Worked with Vendors to ensure timely arrival of samples & communicated tracking to the full team

• Sent apparel samples to Carrie Underwood’s team for her to post on social media seasonally (images shown below)

Product Information Management:

• Wrote product attributes in collaboration with Marketing

• Wrote/updated product information on line sheets

• Assisted in Product Setup in PLM, entered/updated product information & sample orders within PLM

• Assisted in the preparation of all documents & meeting deliverables ahead of key milestone meetings throughout the development calendar.
